In Episode 13 of the Running Industry Podcast we talk to Holly Rush, former GB marathon runner, co-host of Marathon Talk and the ASICS FrontRunner Community Manager in the UK.  

These days Holly is a dog-loving, marathoner turned mountain ultra and trail runner, with a passion for good food, good coffee and adventures. 

The ASICS FrontRunner community now stretches to over 30 countries in the world with more than 600 runners who share one common goal: To get the world moving for a sound mind in a sound body. The team is a truly diverse group of people from different backgrounds who come in all shapes and sizes. They’re young and old, beginners and professionals, from fitness coaches to sports experts, they run streets and trails. 

Alongside her work on the FrontRunner programme Holly is an ASICS STUDIO online coach and a coaching mentor through her website rushbynature.com, and she has also just released a book titled ‘Big Book of Sessions Pt.2’

In this episode Holly talks candidly about elite running and the benefits of community running, we look back at her Great Britain career and how the running industry has coped through 2020 - and discover an little-known fact about Holly's previous sporting achievements, on a horse!
